How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped ?
At The Yuma Project, we’re all about that special touch! Each order is crafted with love and precision, which means we print each masterpiece as it comes in. This typically takes about 1-3 days. Once your order is ready to roll, shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 days to get to your doorstep. Thanks a million for your patience—we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Do you offer expedited shipping options ?
Absolutely! We’ve got expedited shipping available on select items, and we're hard at work to expand this option to more products. Thank you for your patience as we strive to improve your shipping experience!

Can I track my order ?
You betcha! We totally get the excitement of waiting for your shiny new YUMA creation. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number, just click the link we provide and watch your package embark on its journey to you!

Has my order been sent yet ?
To find out if your order has been shipped, just check your email for a shipping confirmation from us. If your order has been shipped, you’ll find a tracking number there so you can keep tabs on its journey to your doorstep!

Part of my order is missing
Please contact our customer service team with your order details, and we'll work to resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

I forgot to use my discount code
Oops! Did you forget to enter your discount code? No worries! Just reach out to our awesome support team ASAP, and they’ll help you sort it out. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, they might be able to manually apply that sweet discount for you after checking out your order details.
Plus, remember that all proceeds go to supporting Palestine, so your purchase is making a difference for a good cause.
