FAQ
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We also offer buy now, pay later options through Shop Pay Installments for your convenience.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Each piece is made-to-order with intention and care. Processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by 3-7 days shipping. Your patience supports our small Palestinian-owned business and ensures every item meets our quality standards.
Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Not yet! We're working hard to add expedited shipping options as we grow. Currently, we offer standard shipping which takes 5-7 business days after your 1-3 day processing time.
If you need your order faster, contact us directly - we'll do our best to see if we can get it to you quicker. We appreciate your patience as we build this option into our service.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Click the link to follow your package's journey to you.
What's your return/exchange policy?
As a small Palestinian-owned business, we create each piece made-to-order to minimize waste and maximize quality. This sustainable approach means we don't maintain inventory for traditional returns.
However, if there are any issues with your order - wrong size, defect, or shipping damage - we will absolutely make it right. Contact our customer service team and we'll work with you to find the best solution, including exchanges or store credit when possible.
This policy helps us keep costs low while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. However, we're working to expand internationally because Palestine is a global issue and we want everyone to be able to share the message.
If you're outside the US and would like to place an order, contact us directly - we'll do our best to make it happen on a case-by-case basis.
How does my purchase support Palestine?
Every purchase directly supports Palestinian communities in three powerful ways:
-
Direct donations: A portion of every sale goes to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF), providing medical care and humanitarian aid to Palestinian children
-
Community awareness projects: We're actively working on projects with communities and kids to raise awareness for Palestine, spreading education and truth beyond just commerce
-
Palestinian-owned business: You're supporting The YUMA Project and keeping Palestinian entrepreneurship alive
When you wear Yuma, you're not just making a statement - you're making a difference.
